Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale for Children (CES-DC)

The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale for Children (CES-DC) is a self-report questionnaire for young people (aged 6-17), asking them to rate how many depressive symptoms they have experienced in the last week. All 20 questions inquire about the frequency of symptoms, which are rated on a 4-point likert scale. This measure is useful for tracking depressive symptoms over time.
