The Breast Health Awareness Module (Be Breast Healthy) is a six-part web-based educational tool developed by breast cancer researchers and experts at Mount Sinai Hospital. Each module takes between 15-20 minutes to complete and includes a short assessment to test your knowledge at the end of the module. There is also built-in real-time feedback as educational boosters. Most pages in the modules include illustrative diagrams or animated GIFs.
The Breast Health Awareness Modules cover topics including breast health, breast cancer risk factors, screening and diagnostics, healthy eating choices, physical activity and weight management.
