Tickit: The simple survey improving patient care
Reader’s Digest in Australia talks about how our software Tickit will administer patient surveys in an engaging way for people to open up to their doctors. Originally developed for tech-savvy youth, Tickit allows patients to communicate on sensitive subjects, in a complete an interactive survey on a tablet in their doctor’s waiting room. Once completed, important information is flagged (such as allergies to medication and self-harm behaviours) to ensure better patient care by identifying at-risk patients, and also allows physicians to spend more time delivering care and less time asking questions. Tickit is being used by clinics and hospitals in Canada, Australia and the US.
