What equipment do I need?

Tickit® is device generic, meaning surveys and questionnaires can be completed using any tablet, desktop or laptop computer, or smartphone through email or SMS message. Tickit® works with most modern browsers, so all you need is an internet connection.

Does every patient get the same questions?

Yes and No. Each patient is asked some core, mandatory questions such as their consent, but since Tickit® uses Computer Assisted Technology (CAT), all follow up questions are determined by previous responses. This way the question set is personalized to each patient.

Is patient information or data shared with or sold to any third parties?

No. Only the patient and their care team can view the Patient Reported Data (PRD). This sensitive information is never shared with or sold to any third parties (such as pharmaceutical or insurance companies). The data dashboard where reports are viewed is password protected, and no information is retained on the device that the patient uses.

How does Tickit® Health ensure security of their platform?

Tickit® Health holds data security and privacy in the highest regard. Our platform conforms to site-specific digital and physical security protocols, utilizes SSL-secured access, AES encryption at the filesystem level, and the latest in firewall technology to protect personal health data.

Additionally, special precautions are taken to protect privacy including: automatic logouts, automatic access logging, secured data backups, strong password requirements, and restrictive data access procedures.

How much does it cost to use Tickit®?

Because Tickit® is so customizable, our license fees vary, depending on the different ways a customer may want to use our platform.
