The Rapid Adolescent Prevention Screening© (RAAPS) tools are now on Tickit Health.

RAAPS are standardized, validated risk screening tools developed to support professionals in addressing risk behaviours impacting health, well-being, and academic success in youth.

This past year, Possibilities for Change, the company behind RAAPS, partnered with Tickit Health’s robust technology platform to enhance services and build a streamlined process with integration options. With over 400 sites now on the platform, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

“The HIPAA compliant, cloud-based RAAPS system provides comprehensive risk screening and coaching to youth. Through our partnership with Tickit Health, we have strengthened RAAPS’ interactive, cutting-edge approach by dynamically embedding the core principles of digital empathy, such as concern and caring for others, expressed through computer-mediated communications,” said Jennifer Salerno, Founder and CEO of Possibilities for Change. “This personalized user experience encourages youth to be more honest, allowing professionals to identify those youth in greatest need and provide resources and support for care management.”

With integrated virtual counselling (utilizing an organization’s existing communication platform, like Zoom®, Microsoft Teams® or Google Meet®), remote screening capability (by text or email) and single sign on (SSO), the RAAPS powered by Tickit system helps organizations in continuing to support youth and their families no matter the distance.

“Possibilities for Change is dedicated to delivering practical, evidence-based tools to empower youth to take control of their health. As a part of the Tickit Health library, P4C is now able to layer additional health and screening tools into the RAAPS experience, allowing organizations to customize their workflows to meet the needs of their communities,” said Salerno.

“I was worried about having my staff learn a new system, but RAAPS made it easy. In just two clicks we were up and running. It’s actually streamlined our workflow, saving everyone time!” – current RAAPS user
